Dhwani will not be responsible for loss or damages caused by such decisions taken by users/visitors/customers without taking a proper doctor consultation on the matter.
Call/Appointment Booking Services
- We have enabled an option for users/visitors/customers to Book a Call or Appointment at our facility in Kochi, wherein you will be required to provide your name and contact details in order to process the request.
- By submitting your contact details, you are giving permission to Dhwani to contact you for scheduling an appointment for you at our facility at the earliest date possible.
- All bookings and appointments will be made only for our facility at Kochi.
- Dhwani maintains the right to refuse service or deny appointment slots/consultation at our facility to any of our users at any time.
- All information shared by you will be protected and/used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not process any consultation fees or booking fees for confirming your appointments online through our website. All charges to be paid towards consultations are to be made at the facility.
